Worth buying but a small safety issue.It was indeed a good purchase . Value for money.I am posting this review after use of just over a month. I got it fixed myself by spending 300 rs extra for taps. Two hoses and screws were provided. Easy to fit, anyone can do so. I had it fitted to duel hot and cold shower control v/vs. Extra caution must be exercised prior going under the shower., set the valves to optimum level. Though it is not safe, but better fill in bucket by keeping tap at low rate for about 5minutes.But there were two issues.1. First after fitting I was happy to confirm hot water. Later we left it on for subsequent use. Few minuets later we heard a odd scary busting sound and when looked at the unit was opened as seen picture. The securing steel band over the copper tank was observed plugged out from base. The screws used are not long and strong enough to hold band in place to anticipate initial expansion of copper tank. One screw broke into half and other plugged out. So It involved me to do some workout to plug out remaining half screw. And I made some screw base finally to hold tank in place. Luckily I had right tools to handle wisely.( this issue may not be that quite common but it did happen surprisingly)2. Securing screws to wall are not strong enough to hold unit and are not suitable for brick walls.Manufacturer must look into these issues to make it more users’ delight to go for it.

Great product for longtime useI have been using the same heater since 8 years no complaint till now. This is my second purchase of Venus heater. In the middle I have another brand but it contains SS pot where as Venus contains copper pot which provides more heat water and more rustless life. So I can confidently recommend it.

Awesome product from V GuardAwesome product from V Guard . .. .Have a hot shower in minutes ….It takes less than 3 minutes to heat the water …… Repeat two times to fill 1 bucket of water ( 20 Ltrs Approx)per one cycle it can heat upto 3 ltrs / two cycles 6 ltrs…… hot water to be mixed with 14 ltrs of normal water in a bucket to have a hot batch.

Nice productThe product is excellent but the only issue is that aftr fixing it we came to know that the cut out (red light) indicator is not working, though the green light ( heating indicator) is working. The product ws packed very well nd reached us intact on time. But that faulty indicator dampened our excitement. Aftr some months of usage, will understand how good is the product.

Great productGreat product. Heats water in seconds, litterally seconds after you switch it on. I am using same model since 5 years..no complaints whatsoever. Bought another now. Copper tank is awesome for salty water + no other company makes copper tank no.No comments about service, didn’t need one yet.

Real InstantBought it for my wash basin. I bought it seeing the copper tank which is unique, no similar product use that. Obviously it is costlier than other brands due to same reason. But hopefully it will last long and perform better. The installation service is not free, but everything else was incuded in the package. You only need to pay for installation.You need to call customer care and book installation service. Unboxing and installation took around 10 minutes. So its easy.As per heating, it heats up instantly, around 30 sex after turing it on.Please don’t buy it for bathing, suitable foe kitchen sink and wash basin, go for bigger size or storgae geyser for bathing.
