Bought this product on heavy discount. Dont wait for Amazon to make the call for installation as it might take longer time. Once I received the product made the call to customer care. The installation happened within 24 hours and person didnt ask for extra money, he also installed the inlet and outlet hose no cost to customer for the hose. This was in Chennai. Experience might be different in other places. Overall very satisfied.

I purchased this geyser through the Republic Day discount sale and it was delivered on time…packaging was good and the manufacturing date was 11/2021(much to my surprise because offline vendors wrongly say that this is a discontinued product, which it isn’t !! )Post delivery I immediately contacted the Racold Customer care for installation and I was told it would be done in 48 hours … again to my surprise, within 15 mins I got a call from the Racold Service executive and he said he will come and install within an hour … he came on time and removed my old geyser (nominal charge of 200) and installed the new one including the pipes for free… Excellent service and everything was done in 30-40 mins … it’s a good looking geyser !!!The 25 litre geyser is working like a dream so far … its been 12 days and the water gets fully heated in 20-25 mins in peak Jan Delhi winter … it even remains hot throughout the day and next morning also you can get Luke warm water … the only thing is that there is hard water in my bathroom and after 8-9 days of usage there’s a very mild wobbly sound that comes while heating for a few mins… otherwise it’s totally silent geyser and the smart functions work brilliantly … I guess all new geysers have this noise wherever there’s hard water … the water pressure from the shower also increased a lot which I guess was low because the old geyser had got clogged and was past it’s shelf lifeI had read plenty of reviews including some negative ones talking about installation issues , bad customer care and geyser malfunctioning or leaking …All these now look like rubbish reviews considering my experience …I’m very very happy with this purchase and I got it for 20% lesser than other rival brands …I have even got a call from Racold to check if everything was done properly during installation and if the geyser was working fine … I even got a IVR call from Amazon confirming whether the installation was done …Great Service great price and great product … totally satisfied !!

The service man came and installed it. He brought inlet and outlet pipes also. No installation charges. Looks good water gets heated within 10 mts
