Andris Slim 20ltr geyser. Good product.
Even though the packaging was an year old, the geyser itself was unused, undamaged and had every accessory along with the unit.For installation, I tried to contact the brand toll-free number but couldn’t get to them. So, then I called Amazon helpline and they made sure that Racold contacted me and schedule an installation date. Next day a very soft spoken guy fron the service center came and did a fabulous job.Overall a very good experience with both Amazon and Racold. Product is good. Nice built quality and does the job perfectly.

I was contemplating buying the geysers for my home and this product is much better to look at and from a good reputed brand as well, however the negative reviews on the installation and service was something I was questioning.I went ahead and bought 2 geysers on 22-Oct and while I was expecting delays anyways due to the festive season, to my pleasant surprise, the seller delivered the product to me in Gurgaon on the very next day. Also, there was an auto registration of the installation service and the technician followed up on his own on 26-Oct to check whether the installation has been done. I asked them to do it on 27-Oct and the installation was done today – very happy with the technician who was professional and did the job in mere 20-30 mins. No hassles on the Delivery & Installation Experience (in Gurgaon at least).On the Product quality, though the looks are good, will be able to share a better feedback after a couple of months of use.

Easy to install, but tough to deal with the technician as usual. The geyser works great, takes appropriately 10min to get water heated up at 60c. But heat won’t last for longer hours, thermal insulation is average.
