Good choice for home and trusted one in this price range, added 1.5 year reviewIt took only 5 days for delivery, and after contacting Kent support for installation i got it installed on the next day by Kent technician free of cost. They charged 950/- for original kent pre-filter which I had requested as add-in during installation request for additional protection and easy cleaning. The only issue I noticed is slight pumping noise while filling the water tank. Technician told me that it’s common in all brands RO purifiers and not an issue. I can’t comment on it since I haven’t seen any other RO purifier in operation yet! TDS before filtering 144 and 19 after filtering. Everything went on smoothly yet. Will update after using it a few months….Update after using 15 days: No issues and working fine.Update after 1.5 years use:There were no issues since last week, 1.5 yrs, even though the Kent service called me after one year of purchase and informed me that it is time to change all filters as part of periodic maintenance. Since our use is limited, 2 member family, I refused the service and waited for audiable alarm for filter change as mentioned in the manual. Last week ie. after 1.5 yrs of use, alarm started and I booked for service. The next day technician changed all filters and UV lamp and now the purifier is working fine. The total cost is 5990/- including service charge 300/- and optional external sediment filter replacement 480/-. As per manual all those filters should be changed yearly or the alarm sounds whichever comes earlier. So, you anyway have to spend around 5500/- as anual service cost.
