Best mopping and vacuuming robot I’ve used!
I have been wanting a vacuum robot with mopping function for a while. My old vacuum robot was a very decent one but without mopping and needs constant charging.Packaging is very neat and secure. No excessive plastics or paper so very environmental friendly.Design is sleek and unique. It has a glossy white finish and two buttons on top, whereas most products on the market are in black. It is indeed very clever design to have a compact yet separate dust compartment and water tank, as you can see in the photos. The mop is easy to assemble or remove for cleaning. The decent-sized dust bin is easy to clean.The mapping function is fantastic as it save you the trouble of putting toys, mats, or cushions away, or buying physical barriers to prevent the robot from getting stuck. But you will need to configure the device and the App first – very straightforward and not complicated at all. The App is well designed and it’s the one hub for all you need, e.g. manuals, functions, maps, etc. Battery percentage is shown in the App, as well as the status of all the parts on the robot. So it’s easy to know if any of them needing replacement.Accessories come with an additional brush, a two-in-one brush cleaner/hair cutter, and several adaptor head. It would be useful if you ever would relocate to another country. I was surprised to find that it doesn’t have a remote. Then I realised it won’t be necessary as it can be conveniently controlled from your smartphone in the App. It is really handy as I can say goodbye to buying button batteries for remote and trying to locate the remote! However I would suggest use the on/off button to pause while cleaning as I found using the app to pause could take a minute for the robot to respond. I would also like a ‘return to home’ control too as sometimes I found myself in the middle of something and had to stop the cleaning. In this case I would very much like to robot return to the charging dock by itself :PPerformance meets my expectations. It does pick up a quite larger amount of cat hair in my apartment. Mopping function is sufficient for daily usage. I only need to take care of stubborn stains manually now. I’ve also noticed that it’s also picking up debris while mopping my kitchen floor. It’s very cute that it’s designed with “I love cleaning” voice prompt.I have been using it for over a week in my new place and will continue let it map my place so I can have a better manoeuvre. Hope the review could be helpful for others.

Perfect for cleaning!
The Robot Vacuum Cleaner does a great job cleaning! I and my wife are both working so we have no time for cleaning on weekdays and on weekends we are exhausted. I was in search of a robot vacuum in a budget, found this one. It comes with a remote, an app to track cleaning, different cleaning directions, and a charging deck.Oh my God to my surprise it works amazing I mean I didn’t expect that. I was able to see the map on my phone app and as well as battery percentage. This robot is very intelligent, it does not get stuck underneath sofas and dining tables, it always knows its way out, and also goes itself to the charging deck when done cleaning. I have assigned time for day and night cleaning and I couldn’t be more relieved.I will recommend it as it is a lifesaver!

Really pleased with my 360 S8 Robot Vacuum
I have had my 360 S8 robot vacuum for about 10 days now and have run it twice so far. It was really easy to initiate out of the box – literally just plug in its docking station, turn the machine on and off it went. I’ve downloaded the app, which allows you to pause or start cleaning remotely.It is quieter than I expected, which is a great bonus. I haven’t yet found the maps on my app, but I assume it takes a few goes to draw those (or else I need to do a bit more googling to work out what I need to do at my end). I haven’t used the mop function yet because I want to first section off my rugs etc on the map.It is gentle when it hits furniture, with soft action bumper bars as well as the laser view thing. The twisty thing on the corner helps bring dust into the centre to be picked up, and helps round the edges of the room (probably on hard surfaces only).It gets up and down my rugs with ease – and they are fairly thick as I have underlay underneath them.I think I’ll need to fix the docking station in because sometimes it pushes it around when it is trying to clean around it. Be aware you need to have the docking station plugged in and with space around it so the robot can come home and recharge.The dustpan is small – no way around that. It was completely full after the first clean and didn’t tell me (whereas it announces if it gets stuck, or needs to go home because its battery is low, or when it finishes cleaning etc), but I will just get into the habit of emptying it each time.The roller brush also has rubbery fins which I think help pick up hair. You will want to clean the brush each time as well I’d say, to remove hair – but I was really impressed that the hair all gets funneled into two spots, inbetween the brushes, so it is really quite easy to do.You definitely have to move wires out of the way, otherwise the twirly brush on the side will pick them up and get caught. I imagine once I have my maps set up I’ll be able to cordon off the wire areas to avoid this. At the moment I wouldn’t want to leave it running when I’m not in the house just in case it gets stuck.It fits nicely under my sofas.
